Wroxeter Hall board is asking for the communities support in fundraising monies for a friend/community member in need of some much-needed financial help. Mike Thompson has suffered a serious stroke and had ongoing medical issues that prevent him from working at this time. Mike's disability pension barely covers basic needs such as rent and hydro. Mike has always been a hard-working Father and grandfather in our township. Many of you know him as a very giving person.
Mike has spent many volunteer hours at the Wroxeter Hall and in our community over the past 15 years. Your donations will be used to provide winter heat and groceries, and to cover whatever shortfalls his pension do not cover.
Donations will be accepted and receipts given day of luncheon.
