Huron Recreation, Arts & Sports Program through United Way Perth-Huron.
United Way Perth-Huron provide up to $800 annually per child towards Registration Fees, Equipment and supply needs, safe transportation options and benefits to Huron County children and youth to participate in organized recreation, arts and sports activities. You can apply for it for our day camp programs or minor sports.
Aquatic Programs
The Township of Howick offers a variety of aquatic programs, including swimming lessons for children and adults, as well as Aqua Fitness classes.
Before and After School Program
The Howick Recreation Department offers Before and After School care for Howick Central Public School Students. Full and part-time registrations are available. Parents may select days needed one month ahead or for the whole school year.
Day Camps
Howick Township offers a variety of day camps for children and youth throughout the year, including PA Day, Christmas Break, March Break, and Summer day camps. These camps provide an opportunity for children to participate in a range of activities and adventures, meet new friends, and learn new skills.

The Howick Community Centre offers a variety of free skating over the course of Christmas Break and ongoing Public Skating throughout the winter.
